LetsGoSpa Review- February 2004
The Vibe
Christophers is a modern facility.  The spa area is separate from the salon. While in the spa area we didn’t hear any of the sounds from the salon.  There was music in the spa area but hardly any spa scents and no candles.  The treatment rooms were all clearly labeled, very clean, and well kept.  The manicure area was located on the salon side, in the same room as the makeup. This room was amazingly bright and clean.

There were leather sofas in the waiting area of the salon.  While this was not a “relaxation room” atmosphere, the large, openness of the room made it a comfortable place to wait for your service.  However, there were no beverages or snacks in the waiting area and there was a limited amount of reading material.

The Little Things
The Facial room was the ultimate in luxury. The décor was roman-like with columns, urns and light tones (no wood).  Classical music and nature sounds helped the relaxataion underneath the chenille and thermal blankets.

The Star Treatment
The Facial. The facial felt like more of a relaxing treatment rather than a medically sound facial.  The aesthetician gave her a complete hand, arm, neck and face massage; although Heather was confused as to why she used oil to massage her face after having just cleansed, steamed and extracted.

The Distinctive Element
The spaciousness of the salon and spa which helped us relax during and after our services.

What to Keep in Mind
The spa does not offer body treatments due to town ordinances...The spa is not well marked from the road and we drove right by it, twice!
